No young people without education or jobs
43,000 young people today are without an education or a job. We want to break this trend for young people who can find neither a school nor a workplace. We do this by creating a path for all young people.

The long haul
There are far too many young people who are neither getting an education nor finding a job. We must take this seriously. And we are doing what we can to support young people to find their way.
All young people have their opportunities and challenges. Therefore, we are working to ensure every young person finds his or her way. We have done this for a long time because it requires an effort for the long haul.

There must be a way for everyone
Today, there is not a way for everyone. Workplaces and educational institutions need to be more inclusive by rethinking the paths to education and jobs.
Therefore, in 2021, we helped found the coalition for change called En Vej til Alle (A Path for Everyone), which today assembles young people and key actors across business life, civil society, and the public sector to work together. We follow this work closely and contribute as we can. It provides more opportunities for young people when we gather together to create new paths for them in communities.
